Information dissemination and raising awareness
WBCEH aims to empower its members by providing up-to-date information on circular economy topics, practices, and developments from the region striving to be the one-stop place where different stakeholders can get regularly informed on such topics. This will be done in the form of posts, articles and news. on WBCEH platform and its social media channels.
Mentorship program
WBCEH will connect businesses with experienced mentors who can guide on implementing circular economy strategies. This mentorship will enhance the capacity of organisations to adapt to circular practices effectively. The mentorship program is set to start in autumn 2025, when more information will be provided about its duration, criteria for participation and other details.

Advocacy and policy recommendations
WBCE Hub will provide advocacy and policy support by mapping existing circular economy policies in the region and identifying key gaps and opportunities. In the short term, it will publish policy briefs, conduct regional analyses, and facilitate stakeholder consultations.
Over time, the Hub aims to co-create policy pilots, support municipalities in testing circular initiatives, assist industry actors in drafting position papers, and advocate for CE-aligned reforms. Its long-term goal is to become a trusted voice in shaping circular economy strategies and legislation across the Western Balkans.
Access to finance
One special category of information that WBCEH will be disseminating is funding opportunities for the implementation and development of circular practices in existing companies, and calls for funding new circular companies.
Apart from that, WBCEH will work on extending its network of contacts with relevant actors in the field who have already developed programs and provide funding to bring these opportunities closer to the wider audience.
